It has some flaws, that I can't think of off the top of my head but that won't matter for this exercise.Move a copy of your database and headerfile to the DataBases folder, and choose the appropriate option from the DataBase helper page. (ie: Existing DB with or without field names). Viola! Look in the databases folder and you will see a new folder for your experimental db.
