texte = Thanks to everyone who tested my server for the 'refusing connections' problem, I appreciate all the responses. Here is a quick review of the situation:1- No one was able to retrieve any pages from my server during the time it was 'refusing connections'.2- For those of you who pinged the server but received no response, that's because I had shut it down by the time you tried pinging it. I only left it on for about an hour after I posted my request for a test.3- The server has been restarted now, and webstar is 'up-and-running' again.
