Even if you are typing in text as the comparison value, you can wrap it with [URL][/URL] since then you know that the same transformation has occured on both sides.In your example, it would look like: [Showif [URL][aaa][/URL]=[URL]bbb[/URL]]...[/ShowIf]and would not be true unless the field [aaa] contained the string value bbb exactly. If you are concerned about uninitialized variables, you should also examine your code and decide whether you should be setting them to some know value on the page before you test them.
