texte = Using the store template from storebuilder, the only fields that I canfind that the ampersand is making a difference is the product titlefield, because that is passed to the emailer program, and that is whereit is crashing. However, it is probably a good idea to just avoid it onprinciple just in case you have a part of your webDNA that will treat itis an html variable command connector. This kept my site crashing for 2months before I finally tracked it down as the culprit. If WebCat techshad suggested this very simple solution to me, they could have saved mea lot of time and headaches. I would recommend not using ampersands &too, from my own personal experience. I almost gave up on WebCatalog dueto the fact that the tech support people just wouldn't do anything butsuggest that I write the mail list here, and nobody on the mail listseemed to be able to help me. It was simply amazing to discover that thebug in my code was something so simple as & ampersand in mydatabase. It also explained why the crashing seemed totally random. Itwas only crashing when it hit specific items with the ampersand and wasdoing fine the rest of the times.... it was just a matter of figuringout that the ampersand was the common denominator.--Conrad Hubbard - Computer Projects AssistantWhite Wolf Publishinghttp://www.white-wolf.comThe Howl heard 'round the World-------------------------------------------------------------Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server. To end your Mail problems go to
