texte = I'm 100% in agreement with Marty. When I saw John Hill's reply to Ken Grome's message, I cringed. I was fully expecting Ken to post a message saying, in effect, fine, if you don't like my help on this list, I'm outa here. Which would be a huge blow to the list, seeing as Ken posts 10X more help than SM representatives combined. I'm glad Ken isn't as hot-headed as I would be if found in his situation.The icing on the cake, of course, is that Ken did in fact provide correct advice.When you are part of a business, you have to be aware of public and private statements and how they are perceived. Saying something like Please use modifiers like... sounds condescending and borders on rude.
