texte = I'm 100% in agreement with Marty. When I saw JohnHill's reply to Ken Grome's message, I cringed. I wasfully expecting Ken to post a message saying, ineffect, fine, if you don't like my help on this list,I'm outa here. Which would be a huge blow to thelist, seeing as Ken posts 10X more help than SMrepresentatives combined. I'm glad Ken isn't ashot-headed as I would be if found in his situation. The icing on the cake, of course, is that Ken did infact provide correct advice. When you are part of a business, you have to be awareof public and private statements and how they areperceived. Saying something like Please use modifierslike... sounds condescending and borders on rude. Howhard would it have been to instead start the messagesomething like Actually, Ken, I believe that...?Sorry for OTP, but wanted to chime in.__________________________________________________Do You Yahoo!?Talk to your friends online with Yahoo!
