When I was first trying to set up my store, I couldn't even get them to call back until we literally threatened to make sure we complained to MacIntosh and MacWarehouse that they shouldn't be representing such a poor product. Then they contacted us a few times, made a few off the cuff promises, and then promptly forgot about us again. I figured the problem out on my own, after spending many, many hours that they probably could have prevented with one simple helpful email or phone call. We were looking over another program Ch'ching getting ready to switch when I figured out the bug. I suspect that PCS probably loses others completely for their lack of willingness to help.
