If my load becomes unbearable due to the SSL encryption, I will buy an SSL processor card.Hope this helps.John Peacock ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: Cart Transfer from Un-Secure to Secure Author: (WebCatalog Talk) Date: 1/24/00 12:26 PMHello,Is my thought process correct here? I have set up a site for taking orders on-line. I have the user generating their shopping cart on an un-secure host. When the time comes to take the confidential info, I want to continue processing the cart on a secure host.As it stands now, I have the un-secure portion working just fine. When the user clicks to start the check out process, the cart is copied to the secure host, and the cart number is passed along thru the new url. Problem: The host does not recognize the frames of the resulting page on the secure server. If I delete the cart from the url and redraw the page the page loads fine, but now my cart info is no longer available. Any ideas? Thanks is advance.
