The application Sendmail is automatically installed as part of your base system install and it handles sending e-mail for your WebCat app. Under the current version of WC OSXS that I am using everything seems to be working as expected. Sorry I can't offer any specific problem areas for the Linux port. Here's a trial to get some hints. Put a bare bones sendmail template in your httpd directory and then hit it from a browser. Then go to /var/log/maillog or something similar. You can open the maillog file w/ today's date on it and see whether it has handled anything. It should log an error if sendmail even got a request.Charlie__________________________________________________________________________ Charlie Romero (703) 917-4148 mailto:charlie@jumpinternet.com http://www.jumpinternet.com__________________________________________________________________________Great Companies Powered By JUMP INTERNET: http://www.porschezone.com The only Porsche portal. http://www.bmwcentral.com The only BMW portal. http://www.optux.com Clickstream Business Intelligence_________________________________________________________________________############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
