I talk to clients and customers daily about projects and requirements for on-line system development and I've never had to tell anyone that we cannot do that with WebCatalog. Its flexible, versatile, and relatively easy to use. I would challenge anybody to show me an Internet scripting language that is as powerful and concise as WebDNA. Just last week at a training class here I had an engineer tell me that the WebDNA I had just shown him to execute some complex conditional actions involving a few databases would have taken over a page of ASP, in WebDNA it was about 12 lines.WebCatalog support will not disappear, or be reduced to on-line FAQS. We are always working to improve our tech support department and provide better service to our customers despite what some might say on the list. I know that there have been some bad things said about our support here on the list recently, but keep in mind that the majority of these comments have come from one person. I do understand that the frequency of posts to the list by SmithMicro personnel is/should be a concern to you and i can guarantee you that this is being addressed internally.
