texte = I need to set up a voting and quiz application. I need some way to ensure that each visitor can only vote once. What is the best way to do this in WebCatalog?I can use IP range restrictions, but some people have dynamic IPs.I can also use Cookies, but many people have them turned off, or are like me and only retain them for the life of the Netscape session.
