One main executable with one small process per group or domain, one preference file/domain, one global dir/domain...I understand that implementing this feature would demand quite a bit of reflection. But will the base concept be part of V4? Not necessarily in a visible way, but at least within the framework? Or is this what you called halfway measures? In other words, can we expect the sandbox to appear within the life of V4 or will it have to wait a couple of years, until V5?.......As I write this, I realize that it will have to be V4 or else I'll have to start looking for another solution (that's something I'm really not looking forward to, I can tell you that). It's too important in the short term as I'm sure it is for most of your ISP customers and even for SM's own needs (not that there's anything wrong with that :)I think I'll pass on the offer to walk a mile in your shoes after all. :)Clem. At 13:54 -0800 2/17/00, Grant Hulbert wrote: > >1.
