Set your web server to process .db files through Webcatalog just like the .tpl files are configured for, then in the Admin section of Webcatalog make sure web catalog is set to not server files ending in .db So if you type in a URL with a .db file name in it, the Webserver will pass it off to Webcatalog and WebCatalog goes woooo...
