texte = I do not work for SM but I can try and help. I am confused by your question, since the message you received seems clear enough to me. When you upgrade from 2.x to 3.x, the users database gets updated to a new format. There will be a user with a name UPDATEDONE which tells WebCat that the database has already been upgraded.
