It could be the code BUT.. the same issue occurs with the Tea Room demo if you backbutton to a previously correctly accessed invoice page while in SSL. Occurs with the page generated by Webcat for an improperly entered CC number that doesn't pass the built webcat validation (because you have to backbutton from that page). Only occurs with Mac Internet Explorer as far as I can tell.
