I've had crashes, usually once a week, but I've never seen this... the server restarts by itself (I use a PowerKey device, which is a hardware auto-restart device that detects crashes, and restarts the system, no matter how bad the crash was, something that, at least on the windows platform, I know it's not possible) and the databases are fine. When the server restarts, I never see data loss, even though, between the weekly usual crashes (probably some memory leaks that tend to accumulate), there is data being added to databases on the server...Any idea why on a Mac, this has no impact and on other platforms it does? Maybe you should add after every [append] or [replace] context a [commitdatabase] context...I don't have this, but again, I don't have this problem...SerbanPS. Maybe SM might shed some light into this.------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
