Please choose either .gif or .jpg file.If I click the Continue button, I get this message:501 Not ImplementedCannot do POST is supported via CGI/API programs only. with this URL /billsparts/admin/[callerurl].Most likely, this was an attempt to execute a CGI program located in an area not configured to hold executable CGI programs. Please contact the server administrator at sysadmin@newnorth.net to correct the problem. Please save this error message. Also, please return to the referring document and note the hypertext link that led you here.Is there a server setting that I am missing that is not allowing this process to go through?
