texte = Hi there,The shop I'm working on needs to calculate a shipping & handling cost based on 2 criteria: where it's going to be delivered, and the amount spent. So the [subTotal] has to be used in a calculation. In testing it was more straightforward: (in formulas.db) shipCost [lookup db=ShipCosts.db&lookInField=ShipMethod&value=[shipVia]&returnField=ShipCost](in ShipCost.db) ShipMethod ShipCost Within Australia 10.00 Outside Australia 20.00This would return $10 if the user selected 'Within Australia' and $20 if 'Outside Australia'. Very straight forward. But I don't know which way to attack it now...If the [subTotal] is <= $30, within Aust, the [ShipCost]=$4, but outside Aust [ShipCost]=$6.Similarly, if [SubTotal] is > 30 but < 60, Outside Aust, [shipCost]=10 etc etc. There two [shipCost] amounts for within Australia, and 4 for Outside Australia.Any ideas would be invaluable.Regards, TimTim Robinson Art Director imagine online tim@imagine.au.com http://www.imagine.au.com------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
