The template being served is my Gather.shtml page (which gets the user information); the next template would be Final.shtml (which has the purchase command on it).I walked through the act of placing a purchase and when I clicked on the last step (to ThankYou.shtml), I got back a message to the effect that WebCat could not find a Orders directory. I had moved the Orders to be ^Orders (in the Global directory), and realized I had not reset this when I upgraded to 4.0.1 from 3.0.4. I went into the admin screens and discovered that the OrdersFolder parameter is no longer accessable from the Preferences page. I changed it in the Webcatalog Prefs file and found that I could now complete my purchase. This has not, however, fixed the Access Violations, which now include other browsers. I also see no link to view the ErrorLog.txt, nor can I find any evidence of the file in any directory.
