If I hit the WebCat admin pages, click Administration I am asked for a username and password... I enter it, then click OK to view the information.(Actually, it asks me for the username and password again at that point, but that's another story =)I view the information, make my changes, then leave the WebCat admin pages and go along my merry little way.So, as I'm viewing the various pages in the WebCat admin...is it my browser that has cached the username and password, or is it WebCat that has cached the username and password?Anyway, I go to some other web site or whatever, and I don't close my browser...but I do go back to the WebCat admin pages...and I have to enter my username and password again. Is that the way it's suppose to work? That's the way my stuff works. It has always worked that way, with MSIE 3,4,etc. and NN too.I understand the theory of having [protect group] on every page that needs to be protected...and I'm assuming that only the first page would ask you for authentication. On my system, every page that has [protect group] asks me for authentication. Could it be a setting in WebCat causing the problem?------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
