This can happen when you are linking from a non-WebDNA enabled page where the cart tag is not interpreted..... click hereOn mystore.tpl anyplace you have cart=[cart], the cart tag will be replaced with [cart] instead of a number. The URL could have just as easily said ?cart=BOB and the everyplace the cart tag appeared on the .tpl page, [cart] would be replaced with BOB. At the same time a cart file is created. The file is named whatever you told it to name it, such as BOB or [cart]It is a real cart file that gets made into a real orderfile when the purchase is made.If page you are linking to is the first page in the site, do not define the cart in the URL to it. If your error repeats and the shopper does not complete the purchase, the next shopper who gets the cart named [cart] will see all the items the last shopper left in it.Hope this helps.
