texte = I am having problems setting up access for a client to the administrative area for their online store. Specifically, when they use the ProductEditor.tmpl to modify a record, WebCatalog returns a Not Authorized message. I have confirmed that the client username/password is set up to access the string used in the [protect] tag. I also have added Admin to the username settings in the WebCatalog Secutiry area.When I try accessing this account from my Mac (using the username and password) everything seems work. When the client tries this on their PC the Not Authorized message appears.I am using WebCatalog Plug-in 2.1.1 on a Mac running WebStar.John R.
