Search the archives.O.K., I will. However, I wasn't asking how caching works necessarily --[SETMIMEHEADER]. (although I need to learn all that to). Proxies, search engines, browsers and servers etc... all play a part and it seems pretty daunting for a beginner. It would be nice if there was something written up regarding all these circumstances (lets say on Dean Smiths zNewsToday.com???) that addressed each of these hurdles and what the solutions are when in the WebCat environment. I know everyone here has paid there dues by sifting through the archives but a short story on caching and its solutions would be much easier than small snippets here and there of info. Hey, I just asked Brian Burton if he would include this on his training pages. That would be perfect! The docs might have most of this info in different places however, I could not find a *section* just about caching problems.I'm putting the cart before the horse in my personal situation a bit but by the end of our 5 month production time I will need to have a handle on this issue. The thing I don't want to happen is a fix-as-I-go scenerio. I would like to have the site done right before we go public.
