texte = HelloAfter searching through the archives before making this post, this is an issue that was in fact posted awhile ago by another user but it never seemed to be resolved publicly for the list. I am experiencing the following and wonder if anyone has any input, advice, suggestions, or for that matter, clear cut solution.Due to the demand of this site, we need this issue resolved we are randomly losing the contents of the cart. The site isn't dropping the cart *number* that's being passed from page to page correctly. It's just that on one page the cart contains order & customer info, etc and on the next page the same cart has been wiped clean. When I say wiped clean, I mean that WebCat is not returning the values of my variables that were in the previous page. It is literally returning the RAW variable (ie: [EMAIL] instead of email@domain.com)This continues for all orders until the web server is restarted, which cures the problem. It's hard to diagnose since it's so random and the only time we hear about it is when see many error emails get bounced back to us because the EMAIL ADDRESS variable value was dropped and is trying to literally send the email to [EMAIL]. Please note that this happening for about 30 something variable fields and is quite frankly unacceptable and very frustrating as one would understand why.Info: This is happening on SSL pages served on a Mac. I don't know if the same issue happens on non-secure pages -- I need to test that out the next time we get the problem. This has been happening for a couple months and is very frustrating. And here is another issue that may not be related to the previous one. Please let me know if anyone has heard of this.I sporadically receive duplicate ShoppingCart numbers when opening up multiple browser windows on the same machine trying to access the same webcatalog page.My questions: Has anyone seen this? And is this possible if it is not done from the same machine? Thanks in advance for comments/solutions, Mike------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
