texte = I have asked this question before, but haven't gotten any response.I'm serving a site with Microsoft IIS. The site includes links to download GIF and JPEG images. Clicking these links opens the save dialog, but only allows the image to be saved as BMP.Microsoft has a know problem with this, but only when the URL contains user/password information in this format:someone:somepassword@www.thesite.com/theimage.jepgPages processed by WebCatalog that have a link for image downloading exhibit this problem all the time ­ even without user password information in the URLDoes WebCatalog make use of user/password information in URLs as part of its process?
