Redirect / errorfiles and netscape

texte = I am having trouble with netscape and the itools redirect.I have an error.html which is targeted on a 404 error in the error files section of the of the virtual host setup in apache/itools.In the error.html file i examine the [referrer] tag and try and work out where the user wanted to go and redirect them to certain places around our website.If the [referrer] tag has no usefull information at all then i redirect them to the splash page.In both netscape and Ie the error.html page is hit but in netscape the [referrer] tag is empty.does anybody know what might be causing this.???It says in the docs that the [referrer] tag won't work if the page is hit as a result of a form post. is a similar sort of thing happening here???also in the system database errormessages.db - in the webcatalogengine directory - is there anyway to capture [param1] which also has the URL which should be contained in the [referrer] tag which is missing in netscape. this is for the templatenotfound error.anybody else follow what i am on about or have i made a hash of explaining it.Andrew. ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
