At this time the client does not use any form of on-line payment processing however this functionality will be added within 6 to 9 months. However the store they created using Store Builder has that option integrated into the order fulfillment process and of course the purchaser receives and email response that their credit card information did not process correctly.Looking through Admin settings, for that site, I do not see any toggle where I can turn off the payment processing.
