The problem being is that the date/time format is embedded like so: 12/16/02 7:59:12 PM. Is there any way to deal with this or will I have to have this entered manually when the photographer annotates the files? Also, when I export the data and I want to have a trigger merge it, (a temp db) each day to the archive db, can I have it add a [datearchived] field with today's [date] to each record so I can set up search by date range quieries?Any thoughts would be appreciated.TIAKen M ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
