I think this host is running Windows2000 and webcat 4.0.2.Is there some kind of a problem with the WebDNA Emailer on this OS that makes it fail to get the proper time from the server? My host claims that non-webdna email has the proper date header, but when an email message is sent by webdna the header is off by one hour. What's u with Emailer that prevents it from getting the proper time from the server OS?
