This is my first submission to the list, but it's a pretty serious issue that I'm hoping someone can help me solve.I host a small online clothing/shoe store on my web server, a Mac running OS 9 and WebStar 4.41. The one consistent problem we have has to do with product sizes reported on the online and email confirmations. The size option uses the TextA field. The problem shows itself in 2 ways: For shoes, where there might be 20 or so sizes available, the confirmations always show a size one level lower than what was actually ordered. For example, I order an 8, it shows a 7 1/2. For items with sizes such as S, M, L, the Size field is completely omitted from the grids in both confirmations. But in both cases, the admin order page will show the correct size(s). Nothing looks out of the ordinary in the store backend. Does anyone have any light to shed on this?
