interpreted = N
texte = When I use IE6 and browser based authentication and I purposely fail a login into a site with webdna browser based authorization, I get the correct error page that tells me why my login didn't work (username suspended, etc)BUTWhen I close the IE6 browser and relaunch it again I can't login because I'm told my login has failed etc.No cookies.I can't get rid of this chain of events.IE seems to be retaining my login info.I'm not even prompted for a username and password anymore, i just get my failure page as if I entered a bad user/pass combo.Netscape 6.0 etc works a-ok under the same circumstances.If I reinstall IE6 all is well for a little while, until it starts to think for itself again.I am not asking for them to be remembered anywhere that I see.Is there a setting I'm overlooking somewhere within IE 6 that makes it retain browser based authentication passwords??This is real irritating to me and I wonder of to others as well . . .lester-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
