Yet calling the sweep manually:http://www.newworldmedia.com/ncw/WebMerchant/SweepWebDelivery.tpl?real=TResults in no changes. Also calling the process orders trigger: http://www.newworldmedia.com/ncw/WebMerchant/ProcessOrders.tpl?StoreID=31984 7856470Manually simply results in a message there are no orders to process. Assumingly due to the fact they were never moved to the orders DIR.So we have seen the thanks.inc file. We know that the cart files when moved to the orders DIR manually get processed without issue. We know that there are two folders within the store (Shoppingcarts and Orders) so the directories are there to receive the files.Where else should I be looking to discover why a perfectly good cart file is failing to be moved to the orders dir for processing? I thought it was a built in function on the purchase tag.Seems like we are narrowing it down, yet still no closer to the solution.AlexAlex J McCombie New World Media Chief Information Officer Drawer 607 800/724.8973 Fair Haven, NY 13064 Alex@NewWorldMedia.com http://OurClients.comInterface Designer WebDNA Programmer Database Designer------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
