(populated by WebDNA searches - scripts are generated daily)Using Both caused problems.I have had to remove the VScrolling text for News as it was causing problems on Macintosh computers (MacOS 9 and X, IE and Safari). Just dumping the text now.Problems were, 20-25 second delay (spinning ball) till page finally loaded - removing Vscrolling news java script fixed the problem. Safari not displaying the text in a box but just dumping the text ontop of the page then scrolling it.I have consults OpenCube about using both the QuickMenus and Vscroll on each page but the answer was, Mac Users might have problems as Java is not chached properly (but is on a PC and is fast) and each time a Mac opens a page they have to reload the Java Script.Any Solutions/Sugestions for Scrolling Text for web sites?-- Regards, Marko ------------------------------------------------------------------ Marko Bernyk - Senior System Engineer mailto:marko@conexus.com.au  http://www.conexus.com.au Technical Services, Conexus Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia Ph 02 9975 2799 Fax 02 9975 2799          :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
