Might call em default.htm (the live and real home page) default__3.htm (a version to show someone perhaps) default__3a.htm (another version to show someone) etc.If I leave these just lurking around, with no robots.txt pages to say anything will these pages be seen by a robot. Basically only I would know they are still there until deleted. My guess is no, since there is no reference to or link to the page(s).
