texte = The UPS servers have always responded promptly to registration requests, soI don't think there would be a TCP timeout issue. UPS did change the XMLparser on their servers last year, which exposed a bug in our UPSregistration templates, which we fixed for the 4.5.1 release. So make sureyou are using the storebuilder UPS templates that shipped with 4.5.1. Ifyou had created the store before upgrading to 4.5.1, then copy these twofiles from the MASTER_STORE/admin folder:ups_lic_agree_req.tplups_reg.tpl> I tried registering for UPS tools at the UPS site (to get> around the tcp> timeout) but it appears that I have gotten only an end user> registration (no> access key).
