Just one suggestion, and I really hate criticizing another developer's site, lord knows mine is horrendous and needs updating, but you might want to lower the opacity of the background images a bit. The text and links are pretty hard to see, at least on this system at 1152x768. Otherwise, I like the layout and the graphics are very sharp, good job!
