numero = 52044

texte = Our site uses a custom WebDNA solution wherein all orders are written to an orders.db, and thus does not use the standard solution of the purchase command and moving carts from the ShoppingCarts to Orders folder. The system depends on each order having a unique cart number. I am currently running 5.1 on OSX Server 10.2.6. So far so good. This system has worked nicely for the past 2 years. However, in the past 2 weeks, I have had at least 2 orders that I know of that have been somehow "disappeared" from the system. In the first case, which happened Monday, an order disappeared shortly after I had printed it from our admin screen. In this case, I was able to determine that next order placed had an identical cart number to the one that had been erased. So, it appears that the first order was overwritten by the subsequent order. Scary thought. The only thing that was new was that I had upgraded to 5.1 over the weekend. Now today, I have an email from another customer asking why she hadn't received an order placed on July 18th. Same thing, checked the db and there is no record of the order, even though I have the confimation email from Verisign, which contains a cart number, so it obviously passed through our system. This would have been from the time frame that I was running 5.0. Anyone with similar weirdness? Any suggestions as to why this might be happening? The only other thing I have done is upgrade Tenon's iTools from the iTools admin screen during the past several weeks. Is it possible that during the iTools upgrade process that WebDNA data gets lost if the server is hit while I'm upgrading?
