texte = I posted my sample code for USPS and UPS lookups at http://glorydaysoftware.com/webdna-sample-code.html . There are three programs, each of which is ready to run if you rename them and fill in your registration information. They are documented at top of each program. Let me know of errors or if the documentation is not adequate. They don't do a great deal of error checking--they assume you know what values are valid in many cases. It should be easy to adapt these to your needs, if you live in the U.S. The UPS code is not tested for international use, but is probably not far off. The USPS code is the Domestic Rate Calculator only. I may do the International Rate Calculator later (the International Rate Calculator is fairly similar, so it wouldn't be difficult to adapt this code to that).
