This si a good page to understand the RTF formating http://www.php9.com/index.php/section/articles/name/Using%20PHP%20for%20Rich%20Text%20Format%20RTF Yes I know that RTF is not exactly a word doc, but if MS released the actual information on how to make word docs then we could get a real operating system running a different office suite that allowed us to generate documents for those still handicapped by MS.
