Lately, when my customers attempt to place an order, they are stopped at th= e shipping options page with the following error: UPS Rate tool responded with an error Response Code: 0 Response Description: Failure Error Code: 111210 Error Description: The requested service is unavailable between the selecte= d locations. My two shipping options are UPS Next Day Air Saver=AE and UPS Ground. What's going on here?
