texte = Still waiting for my confirmation email from that list - it seems to be running a tad slow. In the mean time, I've managed to find this great little piece of data hidden away in the corners of the 4D site. VeriSign's current (as of 5/01) chained Certificates, both SGC (Server-Gated Cryptography) and Secure Site Pro service (including a "Global Server ID" Certificate), are in formats that are incompatible with WebSTAR versions 4.0 through 4.4. This is because they come as 2 separate Certificates, with the Intermediate Chained one in a public format anyone can freely download, rather than the single integrated Certificate that WebSTAR versions 4.0 through 4.4 are written to handle. So no current VeriSign "Secure Site Pro," "Secure Server Pro" or "Global Server ID" Certificate will work with those WebSTAR versions. So, that's that then - time for a refund! :-) Thanks to everyone for their help. Mark.
