texte = I am sending this to the group because I know the IT guys that installed this version for the client are going to be little to no use. We have a Windows EXE version 4.5.1 install. Calling any tpl file from the dir path of /scripts/WebCatalogEngine/ works perfectly fine. That is, the .tpl file gets rendered by WebDNA. However, any other tpl file above that WebCatalogEngine folder fails with the error: Error: template 'e:/inetpub/stage/web/scripts/alex.tpl' not found Now remember, the same file one folder deeper in the WebCatalogEngine dir works just fine. Clearly I cannot have the whole damn site in the scripts, webcatalogengine dir. Where to look? I have little to no experience with this platform. The thing that is driving me nuts is I am sure this was working before. I just need to be able to tell the IT pita's where to start looking.
