texte = Might be able to give you a little start Clint. I had built a ticketing system where they numbered their tickets sequentially from 1-99, rolling over to 1 again. When drawing the next ticket number, I added this to the append: [GetChars start=1&end=2&from=end][math]NewTICKET=([Search db=shop_customers.db&neskudatarq=[blank]&deskusort=1&skutype=num&max=1][FoundItems][sku][/FoundItems][/Search]+1)[/math][/GetChars] Apply that to a "ticker" that checks this value and applies a math +1 to field 4 and I think you'd have a good start.
