texte = I coded a site like this, but it's not live yet so I can't show it off... Basically, from the Checkout page I added a "Custom shipping and wrapping" link for each item, which lets the customer select from various gift wraps, enter a delivery address, and a note for the hand-written card. I store the info in the TEXTx fields for the line items.
