texte = Hi I have a problem with search engines that I'm hoping someone can help with. Say I had a page on my site that had found it's way into the search engines and was indexed by them. I then delete the page for whatever reason, the search engine comes along and the page is no longer there. WebDNA catches the error and returns its 'Template Not Found' error and the search engine indexes that instead. It doesn't get a 404 error code so still thinks the site is current. Is there a way I can send the 404 code somehow or have I misunderstood what goes on.
