Like the readme says:(ftp://ftp.isd.smithmicro.com/webdna/unix/macosx/readme.txt), I had to at least add the line: "AddHandler webcatalog2-handler .tpl" into my /etc/httpd/httpd.conf file before I could get to the webcat admin (telling the server what to do with .tpl files). An "apachectl restart" on the terminal will apply your changes. Then you should be able to add your SN into the webcat admin and use it to route other kinds of files through webcat.
