I spent some good quality time (months ago) with Citizen analyzing what the situation was and gave him pointers on how to fix it. My code is a simple lookup to the orders.db. If the cart is there, it redirects the user to the default page without the cart (so that a new one is issued). Very simple. I can't post it because other people have paid for this code and it works just fine for them. Citizen has not paid for the code. It is not the cause of any issues. He is working with a modified storebuilder template. It probably wouldn't take much for anyone with experience to fix it.
