Email Format (Umlaut)

texte = Hi there, I'm having major problems with the email format and the german=20 "umlaute" and other special signs. WebCatalog 6.x (RedHat) use the UTF-8 format - right? but in the=20 emails I get other signs for an =F6,=E4 or =FC. I've got always this result: =C3=A4 =C3=B6 =C3=BC .... I've set my email header to: MIME-Version=3D1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=3DISO-8859-1; format=3Dflowed So what is wrong with the email format?
