When trying this out: convert -size 450x450 -resize '450x450>' +profile "*" origfile.jpg -pointsize 14 -draw "text 5,5 'Testing'" -format jpg newfile.jpg I got an error: convert: UnableToReadFont (/usr/local/share/ghostscript/fonts/n019003l.pfb) [No such file or directory]. So... I headed over to http://mirrors.kernel.org/gnu/ghostscript/ grabbed the tarball of the fonts here: http://mirrors.kernel.org/gnu/ghostscript/ghostscript-fonts-std -5.10.tar.gz created the directories ghostscript and fonts in my /usr/local/share/ copies the fonts in and voila! success!! - charles On Mar 29, 2004, at 4:34 PM, Terry Wilson wrote: > Any of you folks using ImageMagick on OSX 10.3 to lay text on > pictures?
