texte = Hello all, and thanks in advance for any suggestions. I'm workin on setting up a MLS system for one of our realtor customers and one of the fileds in the MLS feed is a features filed where the feature codes are stored in the following format. J02,J08,K07,L03,M18,N13,N18,N19,N24,S10,Q06,Q08,Q27,T08,X12,Y25 I have setup another database that contains the translation of the code into the actual feature. I was curious if there was an easy way to do a lookup on the feature database to convert the codes to the actual feature name. I could do it easilly if the codes were in indvidual fields however since they are all in a single field I'm stumped. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
