MySQL and Decimals

numero = 57838
interpreted = N
texte = A database with fields defined as DECIMAL, size 10, 2 decimals allows me to enter or upload information just fine manually. When I try to read the data using the WEBDNA 6 SQL tags, I return the machine number equivalent, not the number: ie, 1074266112 instead of 2.0 I have tried about everything I can think of. Ic an reformat the field as VARCHAR and return the correct values, but then that would interfere with SQL-related actions using this value as a decimal number I would think - although in WebDNA it shouldn't make any difference. Anyone having a problem like this?
